Dr. Raja Gopaal Iyer, The Founder & CEO- Raj hospitality, is our pack’s guide to building an exemplary empire of hospitality services. He has in his records an experience of 35 years in managing wide range of hotels across the country. With an ardent belief of employing not just indigenous methods, but equal sections of encouraged employees, he has had in his catalogue of achievements, the successful rendition of astounding hotel experiences to his clients. Mr Raj developed innovative solutions to deliver bottom-line results to owners by driving guest stays, enhancing the guest experiences, and creating more efficient hotel operations. He has built a reputation of innovation, integrity, and excellence with our guests, as well as our owners. Mr.Iyer has strong association with more than 2000 Indian and international travel and tour operators, apart from this, the corporate connections, connections in Airline and Cruise companies, government organizations, Ministry of tourism, State tourism boards is noteworthy and definitely promotes business.
His participation at National and International travel, trade and tourism fairs, member travel and tourism associations, member star classification committee as per the intimation from the Ministry of Tourism is an asset.

RACE is the CSR initiative of Raj Hospitality. We strongly believe in making the society around us more conducive to developments and the only way to do it is by giving back to the society we live in. Through RACE we intend to preserve our social, cultural and educational values for generations to come. We have also been consistently executing projects for the sick, underprivileged students, old & dependent elders, blind and other needy. We never leave any stone unturned to speak and act on social issues like awareness against tobacco, drugs, intoxicants, commitment to personal & civic hygiene and cleanliness to name a few. As the saying goes ‘What you give, you get.’, we tend to stick to it in action and spirit. For almost two decades now, we’ve been on both the organising and participating end of over 400 nationwide CSR activities. An award by SATA goes on to call us the ‘Best CSR activity in 2016’ having organised the World’s first underwater CEO’s conference, Beach access to differently abled children, Mass beach cleaning campaign from Kanyakumari to Kasargod, Ocean seminar on World Oceans Day, Clearance initiative to do away with 5 tonnes of garbage washed away to the kovalam shore, Through our exclusive CSR ‘Nainaa’ to spread care and compassion, we deliver home cooked food for old aged women.
