PRE-OPENING MANAGEMENT
RHMC’s corporate team has been involved in over 20 new hotel openings and property transitions over the last 15 years. We work closely with the property team to ensure a highly successful opening. RHMC’s pre-opening management services include: Recruit, on-board, orient and train General Manager and Director of Sales, Brand Immersion training, Initial planning and development of the operational plan and staffing structure for the Hotel, Developing the food and beverage and event / catering strategy for the project, etc

REVENUE MANAGEMENT

- Manage CRS Inventory Functions Ensure CRS is set up and maintained optimally. Ensure all available rooms and rates are supplied to appropriate channels including GDS, Internet, CRO, and Brand Channels. Provide Special Events sales strategies, rate and inventory options and implementation.
- Recommend input daily and weekly on hotel room inventory availability, room authorizations and room rates.

FEASIBILITY STUDY AND MARKET RESARCH
This is the first step towards making your dream a reality. This is study of location of the project proposed and do our market research to present the feasibility report, suggesting the type, theme and concept of hotel that will be appropriate. We will also provide you with suggestions, the project estimate cost and its feasibility. This will be followed up with architectural plans and executing on approvals.
PROJECT PLANNING
This actually includes full assessment, after the initial discussions with the client and then analyzed on the facilities required, considering the operations infrastructure and environmental impact. A comprehensive brief for each specialist involved like, air-conditioners, plumbing, electrical, IT in the project, along with ongoing liaison with a responsible personnel from the client end at every stage. A rough estimate is prepared to help promoter or the entrepreneur to plan their budget.
DOCUMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF TENDERS
We support the promoters to check on the best price available with the best quality available in the market. This includes the preparation of specifications and time charts for the project, pre-qualification of contractors, co-ordination of legal / commercial aspects, liaisoning with vendors on tenders, evaluating submissions, Interviewing & recommendations.
CONTROLLING AND IMPLEMENTING
This covers contractors briefing, control of finalized drawings, site management, vendors factory inspection, cost variation check and control, action meetings, testing the products, commissioning, handing over and then following up with quality control and operational checking.
TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR PREOPENING
Here we will help in setting-up of departments, on the basis of systems and operational procedures formed by us along with the client. List of operational supplies and material will be provided and we can assist in sourcing as well. We will assist in manpower planning & recruitment by appointing the HR team. Before opening of the Hotel, trial runs are done of all the major customer care areas like, Housekeeping, Food, Service and the front desk.
